Custom pages 1 and 2 are blank pages that can be named and designed however you'd like. Please keep in mind that at this time it is not possible to add additional custom pages beyond the two we automatically provide you with. To access these Custom Page 1 settings, in your navigation bar click Website > Archive Page Settings > Custom Page 1.
We use a Rich Editor for these pages, which allows you to easily add plain text, HTML, images, etc. to the content of a Custom Page.The possibilities here are essentially endless, as there are many designs and configurations with which you can tinker to style your page as desired. Would you like to include a photo of yourself? Maybe just some plain text to let your clients know what you're all about?
Video: Many users use their custom pages to display embedded videos that are hosted elsewhere, such as Vimeo or YouTube. To do this, copy and paste the embed codes into one of your custom pages. That way, there will be a link to your video in the navigation of your website and all of your videos will be displayed on one page.
Note: Even if you have created content for your custom pages, your site visitors will not be able to access the pages until you add links to them in your site's navigation. You will set the links for your custom pages in the Navigation area of your account.

Common SEO intelligence indicates that properly keyworded page titles are one of the most heavily weighted components in determining a site's search-engine placement. Carefully choosing keywords for this page can be a huge SEO win.
The title of a page is also how the page will be named in your visitors' browser bookmarks, site history, etc., so it's important to make sure this accurately represents the page's content.
In visiting a page, search-engine crawlers routinely check for a brief, high-level description of a page in its "meta" element. For some pages, we dynamically generate this behind-the-scenes description for you, but for your Custom pages, you can define exactly what you want it to say (up to 200 characters).
Furthermore, this is the preview description that appears in Google and other search-engine results, so it could be a visitor's first experience with your site - don't leave this to chance!
