    I have had this same issue since January 2017. Is there a solution? I have attempted to get support for the issue numerous times but I always get voicemail and never a return call. The web uploader is so slow I find it useless. If the desktop uploader is not going to be an option I would like to know since it's been my upload method since Photoshelter launched.
