    Matt,

    Did you get an answer to your question? I recently changed email addresses and all of a sudden I have a similar issue.

    Hi Doug,

    i don't remember getting a definitive answer. 

    What I have done is created a work around workflow that means I end up sending the email from my office computer rather than, or in addition to, the PhotoShelter email system.
