Best Printing Company (incl packaging / shipping quality)

I've recently placed my first order from White House Custom Color and am very disappointed in the packaging of the prints for shipping as compared to companies I've been accustomed to. There is very little protection for the prints (simply in plastic sheaths in a very thin cardboard envelope). Does anyone have experience with the other companies that PhotoShelter is linked to, that might provide better and more secure packaging/shipping?
