How can I donwload a batch of images from a shared lightbox?

  I don't think you can do that directly from a lightbox, but there is a workaround.

  On this support page on Lightboxes https://support.photoshelter.com/hc/en-us/articles/203374520-Lightbox it states this:

  "If you would like to grant download access to your lightbox images in batch, you will need to copy the images from the lightbox and move them into a gallery. From a gallery, you can turn on download access for all images at once, and your client will also be able to batch download."

  I have to tell you guys, this is a pretty epic problem and yet another issue with photoshelter that will lead to me warning every photographer who will listen to avoid using photoshelter at all costs.

  Agreed. This is ridiculous. If a client already has download access from a gallery they should be able to download from a lightbox that they create.

  I just discovered this today when a client brought it to my attention...does this mean when someone wants to download from their lightbox I have to go in and give permission for each photo, even though they could easily download them from the gallery?

  how on earth can you select photos in a lightbox and move them to a gallery? THE MOMENT YOU CLICK ON ANY PHOTO IT OPENS UP IN A NEW WINDOW A BIT LARGER! I went through all this work and now my images are all stuck in a lightbox?!

  You can add images from a lightbox to a gallery only when you view the lightbox in your admin area: http://www.photoshelter.com/mem/lbx/lbx-list

  Above the thumbs, you have the option to select All, and then you choose Add to... > Add to new gallery.
