Canceling an order under 24 hours of submittal?
I have a customer who made a mistake on ordering and wants to make changes. How do I can put an order on pause or cancel? Also what if a vendor send my customer bad work? How does that get resolved?

I am in the situation where I need to cancel a pending order - which is pending my verification. I can change the image to be printed, but not the product. It's crazy. Awaiting assistance from customer support on this one..
