Having problems with applying an image to text box

So, I click insert image, add the url given from my Photoshelter gallery, and the image appears. But only the preview size (What is shown in gallery) even though it is 3000+ Pixels wide, it shows up small. I'd expect it to at least fill the content area. But no :-/

I am demonstrating to my clients the difference from off camera to retouched and the size appears too small for anyone to be able to tell.

PLEASE HELP FOLKS!

  HI Gregory, just wanted to check you are using the correct URL. What you need to do is view the image in http://www.photoshelter.com/mem/images/ and choose 'Get links and embed code' from the 'Actions' drop down menu. The 'Direct image link' will provide what you need - and you can change the size of the image by editing the number in the URL immediately before the jpg file name. The number you use will be the length of the longest edge in pixels. Here's an example from my site:

  http://cdn.c.photoshelter.com/img-get/I0000KSrKqwzVnKo/s/500/I0000KSrKqwzVnKo.jpg (long edge 500 px)

  http://cdn.c.photoshelter.com/img-get/I0000KSrKqwzVnKo/s/1000/I0000KSrKqwzVnKo.jpg (long edge 1000 px)

  Hi Nick.
  I'm having the same problem that Gregory was having and can't get your solution to work. In the Images section of the member area, the Actions drop down doesn't have the option you list for 'Get links and embed code.' I keep trying to use the web link on the right hand panel (which has a button to copy the link to clipboard) but that just gives a broken image link icon on my About page.

  Have you double-clicked on the image thumbnail to show it full size? The menu only shows this item when you view the image this way

  Nick, is 1000px the longest dimension that this will show up? Is there any setting to change this to 1200 or what not?

  Adhika - as far as I can tell, 1000 pixels is the largest size you can use this for.

  ...and how do you avoid a watermark? Setting the specific gallery holding image to watermarks "Off" doesn't stop the HTML embed putting it back again.
