Greetings

When I add an image (a digital download package) to my cart, the image show up in an upper panel and the gallery is in a lower panel. It directs us to drag and drop images from the gallery to the upper panel, but the images don't move. What am I doing wrong?

  Hi Jim,

  It looks like you only have room for one image in your image package - it's possible to replace the image that's shown (if you drag an image over it until the border changes colour, it is replaced), but you need to add more products to the image package to allow more photos to be selected. Use the 'Quantity' controls in the Image Package editor to increase the number of a certain size of image, or add additional sizes to add alternative products.

  Hi Nick-
  Thanks for your help. The good news is that I did add more "image blanks" to accommodates more images. BUT, It still only adds 1 image to the lightbox???

  It seems to be working OK - I tried it just now and when I viewed my card it showed all the images I'd selected.
