I have a client that has two shopping carts. She came into the store and bought the images she wanted from a shoot.
How can I delete the shopping carts she still has with the same images she just purchased?

  I don't think it's possible to change another user's shopping cart. You can either direct your client to (yoursite.com)/cart to see if she can clear it, or PhotoShelter might be able to do it for you if you email their support team on support@photoshelter.com
