How do I set Image size for images on the web page display?

Trying to find where I set the size of images that display in any given gallery. I used to be to find this but cant' seem to locate any more.

  You can set the maximum size that an image displays in a Beam template on the Image Security page http://www.photoshelter.com/mem/site/security - select between 1000 px and 1440px - but other than that, the size images appear is based on the size of the browser window being used to view your site.
