How do I get 12 months of download information by client from the download log

  The download log only shows the latest 90 days' worth of information, so if you wanted a year's worth you'd need to download the CSV regularly over the course of the 12 months. It may be that PhotoShelter keep this information themselves - you could ask them at support@photoshelter.com

  Hi Gordon

  Have you tried contacting PhotoShelter themselves directly? Their staff don't monitor these forums so if you wanted to discuss it with them then emailing them would be the best course of action.
