Can I retrieve a folder that was accidentally deleted?

The folder was accidentally deleted and the trash was emptied. Any chance of recovering?

  If you emptied the trash then you probably can't do this using the website, however PhotoShelter themselves might be able to recover something if you contact them soon enough. Don't you have local copies that you can re-upload?
