I am having difficulty locating the information regarding my print vendor .... do you know how I may view and alter it? Thanks

  Hi Robert - are you referring to someone in the Print Vendor Network or one of the default vendors available in Pricing Profiles?

  Someone in the print vendor network, I assume, they are my printer now...I desire to see if I can expand and alter the offerings to my clientele....

  I don't believe this information is provided to the buyer - when you receive an order through the PVN you choose which vendor to send it to afterwards. The list of 'default' vendors (Adorama, BWC, EZ Prints, Loxley, and White House) can't be changed, as these are set up to take orders direct from your customers without your intervention (unless you want it). The PVN always requires you to manually pass the print on to a vendor for processing.

  Thank you. Possibly you may know a further query for I desire to alter my default vendor...how is this done? I also desire to offer a larger selection of finishes this vendor offers (WHCC) in paper and finish, is this also possible? R

  You can change the vendor you use when you receive an order - it's only then you decide who will process the prints. Nothing on your site needs to change, just your workflow.

  You can use the Self-Fulfilled page to create individual products for the various options your vendor offers, e.g. 8x12 print, glossy finish, 12 x 16 print, matt finish. Use this page to create all the various combinations then you can assign them to the photos you want to sell in a pricing profile.
