upload error

Hi there,
I'm just having a little panic as I need to create a gallery and send to a client, there are around 300 jpegs in the gallery but whenever I try to upload it says "Upload error" and I have no idea why. It's never happened before. I've tried with individual jpegs too and still happens. Help!!! Thanks, Sarah
