image download notivication on Iphone app

I recieved a notification that 90 images were downloaded on my iphone photoshelter app but when I look at my account I cannot find who downloaded them. and I cannot see which photos too. anybody can help me out?

  I just had the same thing happen. Can't tell which images and it doesn't show any have been recently downloaded. I'd also like to know why this happened.

  I had the same thing for several days now, sometimes 1 or 2 images sometimes as many as 58 at a time. VERY Disturbing...

  I suspect it's indicative of a problem at PhotoShelter - I've experienced something similar. I doubt there's anything sinister, but if you're concerned about it I'd advise contacting them on support@photoshelter.com as the staff don't monitor these boards regularly.

  Checked with support, nothing to worry about, and they are checking into it further to resolve issues. Fast support, feel much better now.

  On the other hand, I didn't receive any notifications when two of my clients downloaded images!

  I found out from support that the notifications were indeed for valid downloads, however these downloads occurred at some point in the past. Mine were download this summer. Seems there is a communication problem between PS system and Apple's, some push notifications for prior events are being sent now. Their engineers are actively investigation a solution soon. Hope this helps put everyone at ease. :)
