    If you're having technical problems with the PhotoShelter service then you should contact them directly on support@photoshelter.com - they should be able to help you work out why your upload speeds are slow.

    It takes me a painfully long time to upload as well. I haven't checked speeds, but maybe 30 minutes for 30 images?

    After contacting Photoshelter and making sure all things were cleared on their end. I openned a ticket with Verizon. They sent me a new router, which I politely declined. I spoke with a different tech, after opening another ticket with then. I emailed the tech some info about ping and traceroute. He said that in order to scalate the call to level 2. I tech needed to come over and run the test from their own equiptment. Few days after the second tech came, my speed problems was solves.
