JPG file unsupported
I am almost always getting a message that my files are unsupported, but I'm only uploading JPG files. I have tried using different resolutions, writing jpg files from both Photoshop and Canon DPP 4, and pretty much everything I can think of. Sometimes the images will upload just fine, and then sometimes the SAME IMAGE FILE won't upload when I try again.
"0/1 images uploaded
(1 images unsupported)"
This happens whether I click and drag from an explorer window or if I use the upload button. I'm using the current version of Chrome on Windows. I tried clearing cookies and cache. I also tried using Internet Explorer. The problem is not browser-specific.
This didn't used to be a problem, using the same computer and same workflow. The image files all display fine in preview, in Chrome, etc. They just don't upload.
I tried to upload a screencaptured PNG to Photoshelter and I get the same error. So I put a screenshot, as well as the test images I made to see if it was a resolution problem here:

Hi Jonathan - usually you have to say whether you want duplicate uploads to be skipped or to replace the files with the same names, but I've not seen this error before. I think you should contact PhotoShelter support as it's not usual behaviour so would suggest a technical error - give them an email on support@photoshelter.com
