Download of images stops on Mac

I'm trying to download all my images. It starts but it does not end. There is no progress after a few mB of download. I used the method to search images of all dates and get 12 split zip files. I only started the first but it stops. Anyone a solution?

Working on a Mac mini.

  Hi Rob - have you tried contacting support on support@photoshelter.com? This sounds like a technical issue that they should be able to help with.

  thanks Nick. No I did not yet. I tried it per year now and that seems to work if I wait long enough. Maybe otherwise the files were to large.
