Unable to connect to Lightroom Publishing Service

Hi,

I cannot connect lightroom to my PhotoShelter account. I've double checked the login credentials, and every time I try to connect I get the following error:
"Unable to connect to PhotoShelter server.
Please check your username and password."

any advice would be appreciated

  If you are definitely using the correct credentials, then you should email support@photoshelter.com who will be able to help.

  Nick,

  Actually I called support and got the answer. I had special characters in my password that was causing a problem. I took those out and everything is working as it should. Thanks.
