How to insert png images
I've uploaded a png image with trasnparency in one of my Photoshelter galleries. When i double click on it an then i choose "get links and embed code" in the "actions" menu i get an address of a jpg file (so without transparency), how can i get the address of the png file instead?

PhotoShelter does support transparent logos for use as your site logo, in both classic and Beam templates. If you are having problems with this then please contact PhotoShelter support on support@photoshelter.com as you should be able to do this.
My answer to Barry was specifically concerning images uploaded to galleries and viewed as part of your portfolio, rather than used as a logo.

Hi Barry,
PhotoShelter always serves up images as jpgs regardless of the original file format; the original file can only be access by someone with download permissions in the gallery that include 'original file'. If you want to use a PNG with transparency anywhere other than as your PhotoShelter site logo then I'd recommend hosting it outside PhotoShelter where you can access the file's URL directly.
