    Hi Efemena,

    Just came across your question and wanted to let you know it looks like you're out of storage. Your Basic account with us allows for 4GB, and you're currently at 100% capacity. So you can do one of the following things at this point:

    1. Upgrade to our Standard plan, which allows for 100GB (or even our Pro plan, which will give you unlimited storage, if you think you'll need it!). You can do that here: https://www.photoshelter.com/mem/account/upgrade

    2. Add more storage to your Basic plan, anywhere from 10GB all the way up to 1TB: https://www.photoshelter.com/mem/account/upgrade-storage
