How to display "More Info" icon

Hi friends.
I want to display "More Info" icon when viewing photos but I don't know how to do.
The icon I want to display look like the screenshot bellow:

  Hi there

  If you want to display this button, view an image on your site then enter the site builder. Click the edit button next to the image ('Image Viewer' should show when you hover over the button) and in the left hand panel, set 'Link to Archive view of image' to 'on'. Click 'Save' to apply the changes.
