I've been a PS member for quite sometime, PS does so many cool things for us photographers, but when it comes to file transferring to clients I feel this process has become cumbersome for clients over PS when compared to other file transfer options i.e WeTransfer, Dropbox, etc.... PS is far from just solely a file transferring services I know this....maybe I missing something....so My Question:
Is there any function/option anyone knows of on Photoshelter when it comes to image delivery, to notify me (via email) of my client downloading the images sent to them? At the current moment I log in to my PS admin, look under "statistics" and wade through the download log, or I have to embarrassingly ask my client if they downloaded the images.... I feel I should know this already on my end, and not need to ask my client? no? I do get an email saying the gallery invite has been sent, but would be nice to know this and when they download. Anyone know of if this is possible?
