    Hi Dean,

I know what you mean about the PS template email delivered straight from the admin section. I used to use Mail Designer to create a bespoke template I would cut and paste the links into but have since found it out that the emails would not format correctly for Outlook users, if sent via Apple Mail, however they are just fine if you send them directly from Mail Designer. In any case I now just cut and paste a template from Pages straight into an email and then drop the links in. It does not look as pretty but I have all the text I need including terms and instructions for first time users. You may want to consider software such as Mail Designer or other depending on what operating system you use. Hope that's useful.

Alex, that is a good idea.  I just pay a lot of money for PS I was hoping that branding of that email would be a little easier and built in.  Thanks for the tip, I'm going to try it.  I can't continue to send out these ugly emails, they look like something didn't load right in the email.

I totally agree. Have you raised this with PS directly? Probably won't change much they don't seem interested in making any further updates but you never know maybe a lot of people have requested this feature?
