    It happened to me once. It is simply an automatic thing, nothing personal. Like you I was a bit annoyed since I have been subscribing for so long but I got over it.

    Try dealing with Yahoo if you want to experience truly awful 'customer care'. They have blocked my website which has been going since 2003 and it is impossible to contact Yahoo to get help. Terrible
