I got my credit card stolen, called the bank, canceled it and they sent me a new one. It just so happened that it was time to renew my Photoshelter account, and I didn't have my new card yet.
The same day that the renewal was due, I didn't get an email, I didn't get a notice that it was time for renewal. I just found out because I needed to upload some photos and couldn't access anything because my subscription was canceled. I renewed it with a different credit card. It was embarrassing to explain that to my client.
It is sad that in a situation like this, they don't give you even a day or two to get things resolved. They just canceled my account and didn't even informed me.
I know if a business, but we are clients and that has zero consideration towards us. the I am just not going to renew my account next time.
