Download permissions based on keyword

Hi,

i was wondering if there was a way that i could allow download permissions related to a keyword...

working example... i want to give players a package where they can pay a season charge and then they have access to all their photos from the games they can download. I keyword every photo with the players name so it is easy to find the images.
