Clients unable to search galleries on iphone

Really frustrated with this. This has been available for as long as I can remember. Now that I have a nutcracker photoshoot, with 200 dancers, it's not available on my iphone. I have no idea how much this is costing me. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Search of knowledge base on this site has no reason for issue, and no easy to find articles either.
