I have used PhotoShelter for my website, image archive storage, and client image delivery for 12 yrs. I do not use Lattice, or any of the POS features. Is there a plan in motion to upgrade the back-end and organization of files? Any plan to upgrade the desktop uploader? It has not been upgraded in the past decade and looks and feels dated and clunky. Also, thumbnails on galleries that I deliver to clients view very dark and I have to send a disclaimer to clients to not go by the thumbnails when judging their selects, which means they have to download the images to view properly. The client download interface is also dated and clunky. My entire career is archived here, so I am not in a position to move platforms, and I don't see any viable pro-grade options. I am mostly happy with photoShelter, but the lack of upgrades worries me: if the product isn't improving, does that mean there are problems with the business? Should I be worried about the security of my life's work that is stored here? I have redundant hard drive backups, but this is my only online backup. It would be nice to hear something from the CEO about the short and long range plans for the business. The only emails we get are about social media or community news. Hello Andrew Fingerman? anybody home? Anyone else losing sleep about this?
