Unable to upload Lightroom PS V2 gallery images to PS.

I create an identical Collection and gallery in PS as in Lightroom PSV2. When I highlight the images and slect the PLUBLISH button in LR the plug in does not transfer them to PS. I can UPLOAD then from an actual directory by searching but outside the LR PS plugin. I cannot figure out the issue.
