Searching the Library
In Lumen, the Search bar has been relocated to the top of the Library center pane. Enter a search term, keyword or filename to locate matching assets.
You will be able to search for containers (galleries and collections) in the search bar as well as the filters. When searching for a container, you will see matching results appear in a dropdown to choose from which will also indicate their directory location.
Keep in mind that files are searchable based on the metadata added to them either prior to upload or in the Library after upload. PhotoShelter indexes:
- Filename
- Description/Caption
- Title
- Keywords
- City, State and Country
The following advanced search operators are also supported:
When viewing Search results, you can also adjust the view and sort options using the gear icon in the top right corner. Search results can be viewed and sorted with the same options available in the Library:
