The PhotoShelter Mobile App was designed to give you the freedom to manage your business from anywhere in the world. With this tool, you can engage with clients on-the-go by accessing your full PhotoShelter archive, delivering images and sending invitations, uploading straight from your Camera Roll -- you’ll even receive push notifications when you’ve made a sale or when a client has downloaded one of your images -- and a whole lot more.
Currently the app is available for iOS devices (running iOS 7.0 and above), and Android devices (running OS 4.1 and above).
Formally supported devices: iPhone 5 & 6, Nexus 4/5x/6/7, and Samsung 4/S4/S5
Compatible devices: iPad, iPad mini, and iPod
(While most of our testing revolved around the phone experience, the app should work for your tablet, as well. If you're having trouble with any iOS or Android device, please contact our Client Services team).

Stats
The stats screen shows you your basic PhotoShelter account statistics:
- Current storage usage
- Number of images, galleries and collections
- Number of images priced for sale
- Number of images marked as publicly searchable
- Recently updated galleries
The magnifying glass at the top left corner of the screen allows you to search by image (via IPTC keyword, filename, or description), or by gallery/collection. Simply type in your keywords and tap Images, Galleries, or Collections to find exactly what you’re looking for. This is also available in the Images screen.
Notifications
Any time an image is downloaded or a sale is made from your PhotoShelter account, you will receive a push notification. (To initially enable this, you must authorize the PhotoShelter app to send push notifications to your device in your phone’s “Settings > Notifications” control panel.) You can access the list of downloads/sales, starting with the most recent first, in the app’s notifications tab.
Note: Push notifications are currently being improved. Thank you for your patience while this feature is temporarily down.
The gear icon in the top right corner allows you to turn the push notifications on or off by type.
Images
The images screen allows you to view your full list of galleries and collections, as pulled straight from your account’s Image Browser. By default, the galleries and collections are listed alphabetically, however you can choose to sort by date by tapping on the three green circles (“3 dots”) at the top right corner of the screen. This is also where you access the listed/unlisted sections of your archive.
